Delivery Information

1 Stop Florists can take online orders for deliveries to the U.S.A. and Canada. For International Delivery please call 1-800-741-1039.

Balloon or Flower orders received by 2:00 PM Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM Saturday in the recipient's time are delivered by 7:00 PM that day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM Saturday in the recipient's time are delivered next delivery day.

Sunday delivery is available in most areas if the order is placed before 12:00 PM in the recipient's time zone by Saturday the day before. If we are unable to process your order for Sunday delivery we will contact you by phone and e-mail to arrange for an alternate delivery date.

Please review all delivery address information before you submit an order. Incomplete address information or phone numbers may delay delivery by our local florists.

Flowers cannot be delivered to PO Boxes and some rural areas. There is no flower delivery on holidays.

  • Order Tracking

    Any gift of flowers, balloon bouquets and some fruit baskets are freshly made and hand delivered by local florists we partner with. Because of this, up to the minute gift tracking and status updates are unavailable until the day after the requested delivery date. As always, by logging into your account you can see if your gift has been scheduled with a florists as well as after it has been delivered.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    You may order online or by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For customer service questions we are available Monday through Friday 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Time. We are closed on New Year's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

  • Can my floral gift be delivered the same day I place the order?

    Yes, flowers and balloons ordered within the continental US and Canada can be delivered same day if received by 2:00 PM Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM Saturday. Delivery in the recipient's time zone are delivered by 7:00 PM that day. Sunday delivery is available in most areas if the order is placed before 12:00 PM Saturday in the recipient's time zone. If we are unable to process your order for Sunday delivery we will contact you by phone and e-mail to arrange for an alternate delivery date. Orders received after 2:00 PM Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM Saturday in the recipient's time zone will be delivered the next day. In some locations we may need 24 hours for delivery of exotic flowers. Call to verify delivery information in your specific area.

  • Can my fruit gift be delivered the same day I place the order?

    Yes, with the exception of Sundays. Fruit baskets ordered within the continental US and Canada can be delivered same day if received by 1:00 PM Monday – Friday, and 12PM Saturday. Fruit is not available for Sunday delivery. Fruit can be delivered Monday – Saturday by 7:00 PM same day, in the recipient's time zone. Orders received after 1:00 PM Monday - Friday, and 12PM will be delivered the next day. In some locations we may need 24 hours for delivery. There are no deliveries on major holidays for fruit baskets. Please see the product's available delivery dates for more information.

  • Do you deliver outside of the United States?

    Yes, in most cases we are able to fill international floral orders. Call our 800 number for international delivery information. There will be an additional charge for international orders. Make sure to supply complete delivery information including full name, street address, city, county, province, country, postal code, and telephone number. We cannot fill international fruit basket orders.

  • How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered?

    Once you order has been validated, you will receive an e-mail that includes your individual order confirmation number. Please refer to this number and/or your order number when contacting our customer service department about the status of your order. If you do not hear from us after you receive your confirmation, your flowers were delivered on the day specified on your confirmation.

  • What if the recipient is not at home when the flowers are delivered?

    We will leave a note on the door and try again later. If our driver determines that it is safe to leave the flowers with a neighbor we will do so. Please review all delivery address information before you submit an order. Incomplete address information or phone numbers may delay delivery. Flowers cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, airports and some rural areas.

  • Do you deliver to hospitals and funeral homes?

    Yes, for hospital delivery, please include the recipient's room number and full name as it is listed at the hospital as well as ensure the recipient is not scheduled for discharge on the requested delivery day. For patients in critical care, receipt of floral arrangements and fruit baskets may not be allowed - telephone the hospital before ordering to inquire about their policies. When ordering funeral flowers, please include the names of the deceased and the funeral home to prevent any confusion during delivery.

  • What if I do not want to input my credit card number through the Internet to place an order?

    Our ordering system utilizes state-of-the-art data encryption to ensure that your personal information will never be viewed by any unauthorized individuals. Although we encourage you to place your order online, you may also call our 800 number and we will take your order over the phone.

  • What else do I need to know about placing my order online?

    Once you have made your gift item choice, you will be required to input delivery information as well as your billing address and credit card information. Please review this information to ensure that it is correct and complete - ALL fields must be filled in. If you do not supply complete information or if we encounter a problem with your order we will need to contact you. Please respond to our phone calls and/or e-mails as soon as possible to avoid delivery further delays.

  • Do you guarantee my order?

    Yes, all products ordered are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product please contact our customer service department immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

  • Will my gift look exactly like the one in the photo?

    We make every effort to ensure that the flowers featured on our pages are in season and available. In some areas with shorter growing seasons some flowers may not always be available. In rural areas of the United States, and in other countries, particular flowers (such as exotic or tropical varieties) may not be available at any time. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of like color, appearance, and value. Because of the popularity of some floral arrangements, we also reserve the right to substitute pictured vases and decorative containers with ones similar in shape, color, value, and style. In the case of our not having a colored vase available, we will most often substitute a clear glass vase, adding a bow to represent the color of the pictured vase.

  • Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?

    Some states require that we collect sales tax, generally on the full amount of the order including delivery. If this is the case, the correct amount will be calculated automatically and show up on your total in the checkout area of our site.

  • Are there any additional fees or charges?

    Our flower, balloon and some fruit basket prices include a small transmission fee that may be retained on orders filled through a local florist. This fee helps us deal with the difference of prices found in various U.S. metro area markets.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. All payments must be in U.S. funds. Prices may vary based on location and availability.
