The size was perfect for someone in a nursing home where the self space is very limited, plus it put a big smile on her face. My mother loved the flower arrangement and tells me that the flowers have lasted a very long time which are both excellent to hear.

The arrangement itself was a take on the yellow and white theme but did not share the "smiley guy" vase and that is okay all around.

Flowers arrived on time despite short order lead time. So excellent local service across the country.

Arrangement was a delight to the recipients. Flowers (daisies and mums) were fresh & most still are a week after delivery. Size was not skimpy, nor was the amount of flowers in the arrangement. The smiley mug was also as pictured in the ad.
Delivery was the same day as promised.
The only disappointment was there were no roses in the arrangement, as pictured in the ad.

The flower arrived as pictured (even better than described), and on time (I did same day delivery). One negative was that there was a Service Fee that approached half of the stated price, but that's to be expected with Same Day, I suppose, and was disclosed before I checked out online. You also can't track same day delivery, which makes delivery sort of a nail biter.
With that being said, the flowers were great, fresh and again - as described, or even better. The mug is substantial and not cheap looking. I'd definitely use this company again.

Ordering on Sunday for a same-day birthday delivery over 3,000 miles away has limitations. I worried they wouldn't arrive on time, or that there was no way it would be early enough to reach my fiance before she left for the evening. No problems arose with any of that.

I did receive a very courteous call explaining that on Sundays, certain flowers were unavailable - among them, the yellow roses present in this assortment. I was offered a substitution (only red were available) that I reluctantly but politely agreed to. To be fair, it was amazing that they could get *any* roses to her by the end of that very day.

She called me ecstatic hours later. They had arrived, they were beautiful, she loved my card and the yellow roses. They had managed to succeed in getting the yellow roses.

I'm just blown away. Amazing job!

There was a lack of communication at Spring Valley Hospital. When the bouquet was delivered, the delivery guy confirmed the room # and the patient, so therefore he delivered it where he was instructed. I called up 2 days later wondering why it was never delivered. To spare all the details, and many calls between the florist and the hospital, the bottom line.... Las Vegas Florsist did the right thing and sent out a 2nd arrangement. (The patient was not in that room, he checked out the day before and was moved to a rehab hospital). I want to give credit to the right people, I believe it was Jody and Christine? They definitely won me as a customer. I send out a lot of arrangements and needed a reliable florist. AND, most importantly, they loved the flower arrangement .

So I will admit, after reading some of the previous horror story reviews I was hesitant to place an order for my sister-in-law who was recovering from surgery. However, she received the arrangement only 3 hours after I placed the order, and she absolutely LOVED everything about it!
