This was a "cheer up" token to my childhood friend who bears the Alzheimer's condition. Well, she had stomach surgery and flowers would not last the length of her stay at the Care facility. She was pleasantly surprised and all giggles (I was told) when she received her Balloons. Oh boy! what a surprise that was. These balloons are bright and gigantic (joke) for her being a petite woman. I ordered the Thinking of You balloon bouquet for my daughter as a surprise to help her through a stressful patch. When they were delivered the bouquet contained a Get Well Soon balloon and four smiley face balloons. I emailed customer service and they issued a partial refund. They were very apologetic.

Very impressed with how easy, quick and reliable the ordering process was. I placed my order for balloons at 8:30 AM day of and had doubts that it would arrive on time. Not only did they make sure the balloons were at the hospital that day, but because the recipient hadn't been assigned a room yet they could not leave the balloons so they went back the next day to re-deliver.

I also called customer service to confirm delivery and the woman I spoke too was extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

I ordered these for my sister who is awaiting surgery and needs to be in a rehab facility for 6 weeks. I knew these would brighten her day and days to come but never expected the reaction she had. She told me she was having a sad day, just came up from physical therapy and saw these at the nurses station. She was admiring them when she was told they were for her. She said she immediately started crying happy tears and it literally changed her mood for the days to follow! The gourmet cookies I hear were delicious! I also sent this same bouquet to my mom when she was in a rehab facility and she and everyone who saw them loved them! They really can brighten a day and lift spirits. Customer service is awesome! We ordered mylar balloons because latex balloons are not allowed in hospitals. Turns out that NO balloons are allowed in the NICU, which is where the delivery was to be made. The staff called us personally and helped us work out a Plan B so that our delivery could still make it to our loved one. They were flexible, helpful, and kind and we would definitely order through them again! A !

I just started dating my new boyfriend and his birthday was rapidly approaching. For those who know how hard it is to have your child off too there first year of college. Gifttree.com help in the best way. We where able to have our son's birthday balloons and gift sent to him with no problems. Order in the morning, delivered to his dorm room 5 hours later. Gifttree.com is Awsome....

Couldn't be happier. I ordered balloons for my dad's retirement as a surprise. I could only choose "congratulations" for the occasion, but the florist who delivered them included a few Happy Retirement balloons to the bouquet (I'm sure they figured it out from my card message). Balloons arrived on time and before noon as requested!
