The flowers that we selected were not available. I received both a phone call and email telling me that they will substitute for flowers that are in bloom now. It came out beautiful. Our niece had surgery snd this cheered her up!!! So beautiful!

This order started out with a few bumps in the road. I was very upset in the beginning, because this was the last opportunity that I had to say good by to a loved co-worker. Some how, there was a mistake and no way to correct it, since that was her last day. GiftTree, went in there, like superman, fixed the issue, and "came up smelling like a rose" GiftTree is the only company I use, when ever I need to send something.

I wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend as a surprise and I wanted to get them to her that day, if possible. I ordered them and they were delivered in just a few hours. The flowers were delivered on-time and hotel staff or the florist deliverer brought it up to the room, despite a site change I had to notify after I placed the order. The presentation was accurate and reasonably consistent in the photo, although the large, purple flowers were tinted roses instead of carnations. My wife enjoyed the fragrance of the roses, which cannot be said about carnations, so that's a win. All the flowers were open and healthy, and it lasted the five days we were there.
