I ordered a basket to go to a friend. There were a number of perishables in it. Through no fault of you, the gift was improperly routed. The thing to take from this is you were on top of it immediately. You reached out to let me know and made sure that you kept me in the loop the entire time. The package may have arrived a day later but with this kind of service, I have no problem trying you out again in the future.
