    Delivery to Arkansas is a problem, coz they don't allow wine. These guys did a good job. Despite my friends daughter cutting her younger sisters hair with the "complimentary scissors". It was nice to send something to fellow countrymen at a festive time of year.

    I have ordered many gift baskets from Gift Tree and have always been very impressed and happy. They have always exceeded my expectations. This time however, I was not as satisfied. The basket did not arrive until the day AFTER my husband's birthday (even though it was ordered almost a week in advance) and did not have the items I was expecting. I thought the basket would have a variety of snack items, however it was almost entirely sweets. Gift Tree however did do an excellent job of making sure that they were delivering the basket to the correct location. I will continue to use Gift Tree, however, would not order this particular basket again.

    The basket was perfect and the service was great. Rep called our home to check that we didnt have a mistake as the gifts were all being mailed to my home. This was correct but appreciated the call to check. Only problem was we requested a blank gift card be included with each gift but didn't receive any cards with the order.

    I just was released from the hospital an have time now to view piece by piece the contents of the basket. It is amazing and so well thought out. Not too many sweets and lots of healthy options. One question however. The little patterened gift box, tied with brown satin ribbon had nothing inside but crunched paper! What was supposed to be there. Saved it for last and was disappointed. Not a big deal but was surprised. Otherwise, a very enjoyable experience
