      This was a gift for my daughter because we were unable to visit. When delivered the flowers were really pretty but they didn’t last very long, the roses beginning to wilt after 4 days. We had hoped that they would last a little longer. A little disappointing

      I had never used you before, and I was so pleased I was able to find a gift for a friend in need and have it delivered the next day at a reasonable price. She loved the bear, and the one she received is even cuter than the one in the photo. Was the perfect thing to help cheer her up.

      The whole process was easy and fast. Even though they could not give same day delivery. They made sure that I knew it wasn't going to be delivered that Saturday but the following Monday and asked me if it was okay. My friend loved the flowers! And are still looking beautiful almost a week later!

      I was told that they would not be able to use the bear shown but had a replacement. The replacement was sooo cute. I was very pleased and my friend who was recovering from breast cancer surgery loved it too. All the pinks make it ideal for this type of surgery.

      I purchased this item for my Sister's Birthday, I Love making her smile...and boy did she! Not only did she smile she cried too, awwww. She said "it was absolutely beautiful, the flowers were gorgeous, the little was so cute and being able to read my personal message was icing on the cake", and it is such a good feeling to know that customer service was awesome, they called to find out if someone would be home at the time they were going to deliver, they kept her informed...I don't see that a lot anymore. With that being said, I would like to say Thank you to everyone involved, from taking the order, processing it and getting this to her. I have made this site my favorite and I WILL be ordering again, especially if service continues to be top notch. Great Job Everyone!

      I didn't get to see the arrangement in person, since it was ordered online and sent to a distant location. However, the person who received it was very happy with it and sent us a picture of her, her dog, and the flowers. I am satisfied and will use them in the future.
