I ordered this gift as an Easter gift for a friend and was scheduled to be delivered today, April 17 since gift tree has no delivery during the weekends. I became somewhat nervous when the FedEx tracking note read: Left at front door. This was a condolences basket and in no way I would call to confirm it was picked up. That was upsetting. I then contacted Customer Service to see what they can do. The very next day they placed a call from their end and confirmed it was picked up ok. I received a voice message from them, that was a relieve. Thank you. I still believe it would make a difference if the FedEx didn't leave the package at the door. Anyway, all is good that ends good, I love the basket (didn't see the actual one, but virtually it looks great)

We sent this to a friend in the hospital and they called and said the basket was more than beautiful that is was "over the top". They particularly mentioned the personalized ribbon we added so it was worth the additional cost to add that. Great basket, Great Price, thanks!!!!

Let me start by saying that, when we receive most corporate gifts, I generally say "I know they meant well, but I wish they would have saved their money."
That certainly is not the case with this gift basket! It is impressive from the moment you open the mailing carton which is filled with biodegradable, cardboard "ExpandOS" instead of the usual, staticky styrofoam peanuts which cling to you and everything else in sight. The filler in the gift basket again is a biodegradable paper product instead of staticky "Easter Grass". The gift basket itself is beautiful and filled with first-class confections.
