      My cousin is gravely ill. Se is unable to talk and can barely use her iPad. When she received the balloons she sent me a fairly long e-mail telling me how happy she was with the balloons. She loved the balloons. They arrived as advertised the same day. (I believe that I ordered them in the early afternoon.) My cousin lives in MA and I in WI. It was a relief that all went well.

      Balloon Bouquet was beautiful. I sent my Mother in law the balloons. I sent these as a way to show her the gender reveal of the baby. She sent photos of the balloons, they were very cute also sent with a box of cookies, which the in-laws are enjoying. Company was not able to deliver day of due to shortage of helium, they refunded me the express shipping and was sent out the next day. Very happy I would order from here again.

      Not only me but my 2 granddaughters, 5 & 2, to whom I sent birthday balloons as I was out of town & could not come to their family party. The balloons were bright, vibrant colors & were delivered to my son's door - the girls were so surprised & thrilled. And, more than a week later they are still playing with them! A few days later a customer service person called to make sure I was happy with my purchase - very nice & much appreciated! I will be shopping here again, many times I'm sure.

      I ordered a thank you balloon bunch for someone. Five of the balloons were appropriate but one balloon said "to cheer you". It seemed out of place from the others that said things like "thank you" and "you're great".

      However the balloons have lasted a very long time and delivery was swift and without issue.

      I asked for a Sunday delivery but it was not available in the my area. That was OK but was great is I got a phone call and email letting me know it would be delivered on Monday and they apologized for not having Sunady delivery service. I love it when a company goes the extra step to let me know about any issues.

      Ordered 6 mylar get well balloons for a friend in the hospital. Delivery was prompt (tho I forgot to include his room #) and they definitely brightened his day. I was very pleased. Also surprised when several days later, I got a call from this company wanting to make sure I was happy with their service. Haven't had a company do that before. Have bookmarked the website so can order from them in the future if need arises.

      I had asked that the item not be delivered before noon. got an email saying that was not possible.{the company}. It was not delivered before noon{the boots on the ground}. very pleased with the rank and file. Thank You. [ps. my mothers 80th, I used them 3 or 4 years ago for my aunts 80th and got a personal, not automated phone message from them the next year and that message was the reason I went with them again. My only complaint, deliver when I ask.
