      It was a very nice balloon bouquet. But it was missing one balloon. I called customer service. They will be refunding the cost of the missing balloon.

      I messed up on the delivery date, called within minutes to change it. I got Megan the nicest customer service rep. Not only did she help me with the delivery date change she honored by 10% discount that I missed because I didn't have a discount code. Exceeded my expectations. I will order again!

      The balloon bouquet 12 mylar - was even more beautiful in person than it appeared on the website! Plus all 12 balloons were different! Wow!

      Order the Balloon Bouquet to brighten my niece and nephews day. They loved all the balloons.

      I had accidentally written the incorrect address when ordering. About an hour later I had someone call and e-mail me to make sure the address is correct. The person on the phone spoke clearly about the reason for the call and was patient about helping to resolve the address issue.

      Ordered day and they delivered an awesome bouquet of Mylar & specialty birthday balloons. Bouquet was awesome, even better than the one pictured here, and ordering could not be easier. Also, I was contacted just before the week that I had ordered the balloon bouquet last year and offered me a 10% discount to order again. Really excellent customer service!

      The balloons had to be mylar because my 2 1/2 year old grandson had open heart surgery and only mylar balloons were acceptable. My grandson LOVES balloons and they were a big hit.

      I sent two of these to my nephew for his third birthday, and they were a huge hit! He loved them. Wanted the "bouquet" to be taken apart so he could play with them all, one at a time. His mom told me as well that the bouquet was beautiful, very festive.
